About Us

Our Story

Tony Munge Poultry Farm was incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of Kenya and has grown steadily under Antony Munge Kihiu, the company's CEO. What began as a broiler farm is today a full-service poultry operation that includes free-range chicken products.

We decided to farm free-range chickens because a smaller business model is better placed to succeed in a niche market. Free-range chickens command a premium, which means more profit per bird, though they are costlier to produce: feed, chicks and the extra space and infrastructure the birds need are the main expenses.

Our Farm

Our farm is on Limuru Road, Kiambu County, where we specialise in large-scale commercial production of layers for eggs and meat. We have four poultry houses, each with a capacity of 15,000 chickens, and our breeding facility follows strict quality control procedures.

The Market We Serve

Kenyans love poultry meat and eggs, and demand keeps growing. Chicken and eggs are a rich source of animal protein for millions of Kenyans, and the country's young population are among the biggest consumers. We aim to help meet that demand with safe, quality products.
